The question I get most in emails and phone calls is "So what are the pictures you show the person you are interviewing?" I've never showed them to anybody but the interviewee... until now. And I'll just show you the one they ask most about. For example the one of me and Ralph Stanley. It's fake of course, but it makes them laugh.
Me and the fellas went to this theater that just plays old movies. Here we are watching "Old Yeller" and then we watched "The Godfather".

We've had such a big response to the video contest GrooveGrass Recordings has moved the deadline for entries to March 15th to make sure everyone has enough time to send their's in. The videos so far have been great. Keep them coming!
I'm directing a video for the new single from The GrooveGrass Boyz. The song is a Country version of the song "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" which will be on iTunes in about 2 weeks. They're calling the new version "Crank That (Farmer Boy)". There's a contest where people send in a 60 second or less video of themselves doing the Soulja Boy dance, by themselves or in a group or dressed up or whatever, where ever. I'm gonna put the best ones in the video. Here's the details:
-Video you and your friends dancing to the original version of "Crank That (Soulja Boy).
-Email me at [email protected] and I'll send you a link where you can easily upload your video.
-The video must be 1 minute or less.
-The deadline is March 1st.
So tell your friends that like that kind of music that they can be in a real music video.
I'm gonna do a video podcast with a little bit of the video on it so you can get an idea of what it's gonna look like. OK then, I can't wait to see your videos.
